A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

You'll work with modern equipment and proven techniques to deliver spotless, streak-free results for commercial and residential clients. If you like being outdoors, aren't afraid of heights, and take pride in a job done right, this is your kind of work. Paid training provided — we'll set you up to succeed. What You'll Do Clean storefront windows, residential windows, skylights, and high-rise exteriors using squeegee methods and modern equipment Operate pressure washers built for window cleaning to tackle tough dirt and grime Use rope access techniques and scissor lifts to safely reach elevated windows, following all safety protocols Set up and use ladders safely for interior and exterior jobs Deliver detail-oriented, streak-free interior window cleaning Wear PPE (harnesses, gloves, eye protection) on every outdoor or high-rise job Keep tools and equipment — squeegees, scrubbers, pressure washers, safety gear — in top shape Follow safety procedures consistently, every job, every time Communicate professionally with clients and make sure they're happy with the results What You Bring Experience in residential or commercial window cleaning (storefronts and high-rises a plus) Comfort with squeegee methods plus modern tools like pressure washers and telescopic poles Rope access or lift experience (scissor lifts) highly desirable Confidence working at heights on ladders or scaffolding, with strict safety awareness
