What You'll Do Diagnose and clear residential and commercial drain stoppages Operate drain cleaning machines and related equipment Perform sewer and drain inspections Identify additional plumbing, sewer, and excavation opportunities Explain recommended repairs and options to customers Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle Complete job documentation and collect payment Provide professional, dependable customer service Participate in an on-call rotation as required What We're Looking For Drain cleaning or plumbing service experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot problems Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable discussing repair options and pricing with customers Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to safely lift and operate drain cleaning equipment Dependable and willing to work Able to work some evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts Professional appearance and attitude Must be able to pass applicable pre-employment requirements Why Join Roto-Rooter Eugene?
