A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Daily Cleaner (Part-Time) Hermiston Athletic Club is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to help keep our facility clean, organized, and welcoming for our members. If you take pride in your work and enjoy creating clean spaces, we'd love to meet you! Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM 10 hours per week Responsibilities Clean and sanitize fitness equipment. Vacuum, mop, and dust throughout the facility. Clean and disinfect locker rooms and restrooms. Empty trash and replace liners. Refill paper products and cleaning supplies as needed. Clean mirrors, windows, and high-touch surfaces. Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the club. Notify management of maintenance or repair needs. Complete daily cleaning tasks to ensure the facility is ready for members each morning. Qualifications Reliable and punctual. Strong attention to detail. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, walking, and reaching. Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
