We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Apartment Cleaner for vacant unit preparation and cleaning throughout the Mid-Willamette Valley.
OVERVIEW
The Apartment Cleaners are responsible for ensuring vacant units are thoroughly cleaned to be ready for showings and move-ins.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clean vacant units efficiently and in compliance with SMI's standards (cleaning supplies are provided). Interior/exterior property cleaning as assigned. Laundry room cleaning as assigned. Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, vandalism, and/or damage to management.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in cleaning, preferably in vacant unit cleaning. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (company vehicle possible). Ability to work thoroughly, efficiently, and independently. Ability to follow assigned routes and schedules. Team player with a positive and flexible attitude. Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional in appearance and conduct. Ability to lift 20+ lbs, primarily cleaning equipment and supplies. Ability to communicate effectively.
SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Pay:
$20.00+ per hour, DOE. Mileage reimbursement if using personal vehicle, company vehicle possible.

Friday Location:
As assigned, throughout the Mid-Willamette Valley.
