Advanced Construction & Business Services, LLC is a fast-paced, small contracting company. We work on projects year-round and have taken on many jobs that no one else will tackle! We do small construction & remodel projects, wash windows & pressure wash, and clean for newly constructed homes across Salem and the mid-Willamette Valley. Although we take our work seriously, we try to have a lot of fun while we are working! This is a hands-on position. Duties include performing window cleaning, (after training), occasionally, painting, basic carpentry work and exterior property maintenance. Cleaning & Window Cleaning experience a plus. Must, have the ability to follow established guidelines, as well as troubleshoot and problem solve with indirect supervision. Must demonstrate exceptional customer service attitude and sense of urgency in all projects. We're looking for thorough, detail-oriented individuals with a great attitude who can adhere to specific routines and follow directions. Experience washing residential and commercial window is not required but it is helpful. Ladder climbing a must! What you'll do: Clean windows & skylights for the first time on newly constructed homes before being occupied, while on ladders Re-clean windows & skylights on new, occupied and previously occupied dwellings, while on ladders Carry, move & properly set-up extension ladders weighing up to 55 lbs & up to 75 lbs team lift. Use chemicals standard to the trade while standing, bending, crouching, reaching and working on and around ladders. Our extension ladders are 16', 24', 28' & 32'. They are capable of weight up to 225 lbs. You must be under 220 lbs as the tools weight about 5 lbs. Take direction and accomplish duties outlined by your supervisor and ask questions when you do not understand the task Must be able to be a team player. Must be dependable to your team. You work as a team and progress as a team. Assist with all tasks; even it is below your skill level (i.e., cleaning) Have an opportunity to grow with ACBS and expand skills Follow detailed directions Help the cleaning team when window cleaning work is completed Other construction tasks, as qualified Other duties as assigned

Benefits:

Flexible schedule! Work as needed part-time, occasionally up to full time or overtime.

Wage:

$16.00

• $28.00 / hour, DOE Training Wage $16.00/ hour. Earn more based on your ability. Experience and demonstrated ability pays! Team Atmosphere
• Support before, during, and after a job What you'll need: Be at least 18 years or older & have documents for employability Have reliable transportation to get to various construction jobsites that are not on the bus line

• be physically able to complete all tasks Ability to follow intricate instructions, verbally Be able to reach, crouch, stand for long periods of time, work on your knees, stand on a ladder, etc.

Willingness to work physically, all day, everyday providing quality work. Must be comfortable with heights. Window cleaners stand on both extension and step ladders while cleaning windows, occasionally standing on roofs for skylights, gutters & other roof cleaning. Be able to work part-time. Be willing to undergo and pass a pre-employment, random and other required drug screens (including marijuana) and a pre-employment background check for employability for our contracts.
