5:00 PM-2:00 AM What You'll Do Operate milk and cream pasteurization (HTST), evaporator, and dryer equipment. Monitor production and adjust equipment to meet quality specifications. Operate CIP cleaning systems and maintain sanitation standards. Perform routine equipment maintenance, including gaskets, valve seals, and equipment tear-downs. Maintain accurate production, quality, and sanitation records. Follow food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety procedures. Work closely with the intake and loadout teams to keep production running smoothly. Assist with inspections, cleaning, and other plant duties as needed. What We're Looking For Dependable and safety-minded with a strong work ethic. Comfortable working around large industrial equipment. Able to read and follow procedures and instructions. Basic math and computer skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs with assistance. Able to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, reach, and work at heights when required. Willing and able to obtain the required state HTST operator permit.
