A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

4PM Shift Start Time - Swing Shift 4-10 Schedule Available Swing shift differential of additional $1.00 per hour for qualifying times What you will be doing: Sweeping floors Breaking down boxes Emptying trash Painting Minor repairs Basic landscaping in front of building Changing light bulbs Upkeep of owner's vehicles Cleaning up debris around the warehouse Keeping restrooms maintained Helpful skills to have, not required: Must have a valid driver's license Ability to work in a varying temperature environment Be able to operate equipment such as a forklift and floor sweeper Basic English skills reading/writing/speaking 1-year previous warehouse or janitorial experience preferred What we bring to the table: A positive culture and a cohesive team.
