Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, patient, and enthusiastic; prior experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred. Works as part of a team providing direction and guidance, developing employees through training, coaching, and mentoring, and ensuring established standards of work are met. Must have five or more years of recent janitorial supervisory experience and have or be able to obtain Security Clearance. Apply today!
Some core responsibilities:
Assign duties and regularly inspect work to ensure that established standards are met. Issue and order all supplies and equipment necessary to meet requirements. Complete all required documentation and ensure timesheets are accurate and submitted timely. Provide training and guidance to employees. Attend meetings and training sessions as required. Perform all duties necessary in instances of employee shortages. Notify managers of repairs needed. Work in a variety of locations and worksites; requires schedule flexibility which may include weekends. What you'll need: Excellent verbal and written communication Collaborative; customer-service oriented Basic computer skills Five (5) or more years recent janitorial supervisory experience Ability to perform janitorial job duties as needed Valid driver's license and ability to drive locally to various customer sites Ability to pass background check and have, or be able to obtain, Security Clearance Must be able to pass extensive criminal background checks and obtain government clearances. Position is full-time working late-day/evening shifts (example 6:00pm - 2:30am) with a salary range of $60,000 - $72,000 annually, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, paid time off, and more.
