PAID DAILY & KEEP TIPS

• This is an ON-CALL position! You will be given a schedule for the week for cleans that you may have to be available for in case a team member calls out. You can also be scheduled for cleans that are scheduled last minute or if we get overbooked. Flexible schedule required. Being RELIABLE and having a car is critical for this position.

Responsibilities:

Being on-call throughout the week for unexpected cleans or team members calling out of scheduled shifts Perform cleaning tasks according to established standards and guidelines. Use non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products (provided) to ensure safety and cleanliness. Vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean and dust surfaces in residential and commercial spaces. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Communicate effectively with clients and team members. Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Must-have previous cleaning experience! A commitment to using non-toxic and eco-friendly cleaning products. Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills! Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Friendly and professional demeanor. Must have transportation to travel to client locations! Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Clean criminal background is non-negotiable About us: Green Gloss Cleaners is a small business in Portland, OR.
