Seasonal Multifamily Porter

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Porter to join the Villa team for the summer! The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness at various multifamily communities and office buildings. The Roving Porter will serve a crucial role in maintaining the property's appearance, cleanliness and assisting the maintenance team with projects. Duties

• Ensure the exterior of the properties are free from litter and debris. . Assist with routine swimming pool testing and maintenance
• Maintain the cleanliness of the common area, including laundry rooms, hallways and stairwells.
• Support groundskeeping efforts, including pressure washing and seasonal landscaping needs.
• Minor painting
• Assisting maintenance techs as needed.
• Performing all duties assigned by property manager or supervisor. Follow safety protocols while performing cleaning duties to ensure a safe working environment. Experience
• Previous experience in janitorial, groundskeeping and using a power washer is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, supplies and equipment
• High school diploma or GED
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions working alone or with a team.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds.
• Must have good time management and communication skills.
• Must own or have access to properly insured truck for use in business transportation needs; maintain a valid driver's license and insurance

Job Types:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
