Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

Job Overview Hey there! We are looking for a reliable Cleaning Staff Member to join our crew. In this role, you will help us get apartments ready for new tenants, keep our common areas looking sharp, and tidy up construction spaces. What You Will Do Sweep, mop, wipe down surfaces, clean windows, and refresh restrooms. Empty garbage and recycling bins into their proper spots. Keep soap, paper towels, and toilet paper fully loaded. Let management know if anything is broken or needs fixing. Follow basic safety habits to protect yourself and others. What We Are Looking For You must have a driver's license to qualify for this role. Passing a standard drug test is required before starting. Comfort standing, bending, and walking during your shift. A knack for spotting dirt and a love for a job well done. Ability to manage your schedule and finish tasks on time. Easy to talk to when reporting issues or checking off tasks. Ability to work well on your own and stay motivated. Past cleaning experience is awesome, but not required —we will train you!

Pay:

$12.00 - $18.00 per hour
