Commercial Carpet Care is hiring a dependable part-time cleaner to maintain a professional office environment. This position is ideal for someone seeking consistent part-time evening work or supplemental income. The cleaner will generally work independently, so reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities Clean offices, restrooms, break rooms, entrances, and common areas Dust surfaces and clean assigned touchpoints Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Clean glass doors, mirrors, and other glass surfaces Empty trash and recycling Clean and restock restrooms Follow assigned cleaning checklists and safety procedures Report maintenance problems, damage, or safety concerns promptly Secure the building properly after completing the work Qualifications Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required Must be consistently available during weekday evening hours Must be dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently Must have reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and time-management skills Ability to follow written instructions and cleaning checklists Ability to bend, reach, vacuum, mop, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
