Galbraith's Cleaning & Property Maintenance is a locally owned, family-operated and woman-owned cleaning company serving the Brookville area. We have proudly grown from servicing just a few properties to maintaining nine commercial locations, along with a well-established residential client list. As our commercial side continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable, experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Team Lead . This is a hands-on position for someone who is willing to clean alongside the team while also helping maintain organization, communication and consistent quality across our properties. What the Team Lead Will Do Work alongside our commercial cleaning team during evening shifts Help guide, support and encourage team members Ensure property-specific checklists are being followed Help maintain consistent quality across all commercial locations Pay close attention to floors, restrooms, trash, fingerprints, dusting and finishing details Complete routine quality checks and report concerns to management Communicate clearly with the owner and other team members Help organize supplies and report low or damaged equipment Assist with training new commercial cleaners Help divide workloads and keep the team moving efficiently Step into different properties when additional coverage or support is needed Make sure buildings are properly secured before leaving Use our Connecteam app for schedules, checklists, communication and timekeeping What We Are Looking For The right person for this position will be: Dependable and consistent Honest and trustworthy Detail-oriented Comfortable taking initiative Able to give respectful direction and feedback Willing to clean alongside the team Organized and able to follow different instructions for each property Comfortable working independently or with others Able to communicate concerns instead of ignoring them Flexible when schedules or property needs change Proud of the work they complete Previous professional cleaning, janitorial or leadership experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone who has the right attitude, work ethic and attention to detail. Schedule Part-time evening position Approximately 10-20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours Most shifts begin around 4:30-5:00 PM Typical evenings finish between 9:00-10:30 PM Monday through Friday availability is preferred Some schedule flexibility may be available Pay Starting pay is based on experience, availability and leadership ability. Team Lead positions receive additional compensation for the added responsibility. Paid travel between scheduled properties is included. Physical Requirements Applicants must be able to: Stand, walk, bend and reach throughout the shift Lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment Push and operate commercial cleaning equipment Work around dust, cleaning products and normal commercial environments Follow required safety procedures and wear PPE at designated properties Applicants must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
