Career Opportunity MagiClean is looking for a full time leader to oversee operational details in our Butler Territory. This position is great for someone who is looking to solidify their leadership and specialist qualities. Overview MagiClean is looking to hire an evening Team Leader to oversee nightly operations for Janitorial Services cleanings and employees. Night time manager would need to conduct inspections, clean routine locations and cover missed shifts on a nightly basis, Monday through Thursday and Saturday. If coverage is necessary, there may be some additional hours required. Responsibilities Remotely and in person supervise and coordinate all night shift activities, ensuring high standards of service and proper security through out client locations. Conduct nightly inspections to ensure quality operations of cleaning services Ensure operators are meeting all safety standards Filling in for cleans to cover call-offs, or organizing a fill in team to handle responsibilities Reporting to company management results and identify improvements that are necessary to continue conducting successful operations of cleaning services Filling in for cleans will include - sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, changing trash, and other duties that are related to janitorial services. Solve problems and overcome obstacles Interview applicants and on-board new employees Conduct team meetings and trainings Maintain client relations with communications through MagiClean Learn and understand Clients project needs and manage locations to deliverv these needs Other tasks related to delivering successful cleaning services to clients Qualifications Candidate should have organization and interpersonal skills Should follow company core values, Own Your Actions, Do What It Takes, Find the Good, Earn Money, and hold others accountable to these core values An attention to detail to find areas of improvement for cleaning services Good attitude to work cheerfully through out the night Reliable transportation to drive from location to location Willingness to learn Janitorial systems and operations Benefits Candidate is eligible for benefits after 90-days
