Overview We are seeking a dedicated Residential Property Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of rentals and apartment buildings. This role involves providing high-quality housekeeping services to ensure a comfortable and clean living environment for our residents moving in. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of performing a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently. Duties Perform residential housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, surface and deep cleaning. Conduct floor cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain spotless surfaces. Ensure all areas of the property are cleaned thoroughly and to a high standard. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any damages or shortages. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning products responsibly to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Ability to perform floor cleaning tasks effectively, including mopping and vacuuming. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Reliable and punctual with good time management skills. Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods. Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
