Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality janitorial and porter services tailored to client needs Follow detailed cleaning checklists with attention to safety and efficiency Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, counters, fixtures, and high-touch areas Remove trash from all areas and dispose of properly May assist with floor scrubbing, stripping, waxing, or tile restoration Support a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for all occupants Take initiative and perform duties flexibly as needed Work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Willingness to learn, no experience necessary General maintenance services as needed, such as painting, replacing light switches, and other minor maintenance tasks.
