On-site Job Overview We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Filler Operator / Equipment Cleaner to join our production team. In this role, you will help operate production equipment and keep machines and work areas clean, organized, and ready for production. You will also perform basic equipment cleaning and routine checks to help keep production running smoothly. No pharmaceutical experience? That's okay. Training is provided for the right candidate. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is mechanically inclined, pays attention to detail, and wants to build experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate production and filling equipment according to company procedures. Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas. Perform routine equipment checks and report mechanical issues. Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting and minor maintenance tasks. Follow cleaning, safety, and production procedures. Complete required production and cleaning paperwork. Check products and equipment for quality issues and report concerns to supervisors. Assist with moving materials using pallet jacks and other equipment. Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company safety and quality requirements. Qualifications Reliable and dependable attendance. Comfortable working around production machinery. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good attention to detail. Basic mechanical ability is a plus. Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required . Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work around machinery for extended periods. Ability to lift and move materials as required.
