Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Perform general custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures and replenish supplies
• Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing
• Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time This position is afternoon shift Monday through Friday.
