A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

In this position, you take pride in your work and pay attention to the little details - things other people might miss, but you definitely see. You perform routine cleaning maintenance throughout the shop, refill and replace Technician supplies, operate the floor cleaning machine, and collect trash. Exceptional attention to detail Valid driver's license and clean driving record Physical ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time and lift heavy items including but not limited to tires and vehicle batteries (up to 80 lbs.)
