Handle floor scrubbing, buffing, waxing, and refinishing to maintain optimal floor care standards. Use chemical agents safely for cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and floor refinishing tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, polishers, carpet extractors, and floor scrubbers efficiently. Conduct manual handling of heavy cleaning supplies and equipment with proper techniques to ensure safety. Maintain cleanliness by performing detailed dusting, trash removal, window washing, and surface sanitization. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process. Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial environment is preferred. Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including floor scrubbing, buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning. Ability to handle chemical agents safely and responsibly while using appropriate personal protective equipment. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling of equipment, and extended periods of standing or walking. Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, and carpet extractors. Strong attention to detail with a focus on health and safety standards in environmental services. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 25.0 per week
