Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential windows using professional tools and techniques to achieve streak-free results Safely operate equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, ladders, and scissor lifts to access high or hard-to-reach windows Prepare work areas by setting up scaffolding or ladders, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Conduct detailed inspections of windows and surrounding areas to identify any issues or special cleaning needs Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment Communicate clearly with homeowners about service progress and address any specific requests or concerns Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), especially when working at heights or with specialized equipment Experience Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or related fields is highly desirable Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus Experience operating scissor lifts or other elevated work platforms is preferred but not required; training can be provided Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a career in residential cleaning services.
