QUALIFICATIONS :

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
: Employee must have the ability to perform the following essential functions on a timely basis with or without reasonable accommodations. Be a role model Supervise custodial staff and conduct regular performance reviews Establish job duties and responsibilities for custodial staff Implement a daily cleaning program to ensure a clean and healthy facility Establish a daily routine for locking/unlocking and ensuring a safe facility Maintain accurate records for attendance, performance, overtime, disciplinary action, etc. for all custodial staff Address personnel issues in consultation with Director of Facilities Maintain accurate records of equipment purchases, repairs, and usage Assist in cleaning and maintaining the facility and equipment Perform minor repairs and report more significant repairs as needed-equipment repairs and building repairs Work and/or schedule overtime as needed•coordinate with Director of Facilities Collaborate with building principal on a daily basis Order supplies as needed and keep accurate records of inventory Assist with special events and activities Assist different departments, PTO, and outside groups Perform and coordinate snow removal activities Assist with fire and weather drills Use automated systems to operate HVAC systems, lighting, work orders, etc. Other duties as may be required
EQUIPMENT OPERATION
: Must be able to operate any and all equipment necessary to carry out duties and responsibilities.
