Full-Time Experienced Janitorial Technician King of Prussia, PA | $18.00/hour | Monday-Friday Terran's Spic and Span Cleaning Service is seeking an experienced and dependable Janitorial Technician for a full-time commercial warehouse position in King of Prussia, PA. This position is best suited for someone who already has hands-on commercial janitorial experience and is comfortable working independently, maintaining cleaning standards, and operating commercial floor-cleaning equipment. Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday 5:00 AM-1:30 PM $18.00/hour starting pay Full-time, consistent schedule Paydays are the 15th and last day of each month Responsibilities Perform routine commercial janitorial and custodial cleaning Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility Safely operate an automatic floor scrubber Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas Empty trash and properly dispose of waste Dust and clean assigned areas Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Follow facility safety procedures and cleaning standards Complete assigned duties independently and efficiently Requirements Previous commercial janitorial/custodial experience is required Previous experience operating an automatic floor scrubber is required Must be comfortable working in a commercial warehouse environment Must be able to work independently and stay on task without constant supervision Must be dependable and consistently punctual Must be able to reliably report to King of Prussia by 5:00 AM Monday-Friday Ability to perform physical cleaning duties throughout an 8-hour shift Steel-toed boots are required for this facility Punctuality is extremely important for this position.
