Overview Angie's Custom cleaning is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for creating clean and welcoming spaces. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintain pristine surfaces. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs. Follow safety protocols and best practices in sanitation to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to established schedules. Qualifications Previous experience in cleaning roles such as custodial work, janitorial services, or housekeeping management is preferred. Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning standards is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize areas needing improvement or additional care. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
