PART-TIME AIRBNB CLEANING TECHNICIAN

Weixler Cleaning LLC is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaning Technician. This position involves preparing short-term rental properties for arriving guests. Airbnb turnovers must be completed within a specific window between guest checkout and the next guest's arrival. Reliability, efficiency, and attention to detail are essential.

SCHEDULE

Part-time daytime position Approximately 2-3 days per week Approximately 8-12 hours per week Exact days, start times, and weekly hours will vary based on property bookings Weekend availability is required Holiday availability is required We try to avoid scheduling employees on holidays whenever possible. However, Airbnb bookings are determined by guests, so holiday work cannot always be avoided.

COMPENSATION

This position is paid at a flat rate for each assigned property turnover. Rates vary by property and location and are provided before the assignment. The flat rate includes compensation for the cleaning assignment, drive time, and mileage that would otherwise be paid separately.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean and prepare Airbnb properties between guest stays Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Change and make beds according to property instructions Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels when required Restock guest supplies and household items Check the property for damage, missing items, or maintenance concerns Report problems promptly to management Complete required checklists, photos, or videos Follow property-specific instructions carefully Complete each turnover thoroughly and before the required deadline Work independently or as part of a team Provide professional and respectful service while on customer properties Accurately record work information using a personal smartphone

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must: Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Have their own dependable vehicle Be able to drive themselves to different Airbnb properties Not rely on another person for transportation Be available during daytime hours, including weekends and holidays Be reliable, punctual, and able to follow a changing schedule Be able to complete work within firm turnover deadlines Be able to work independently without direct supervision Be detail-oriented and able to notice cleanliness, supply, damage, and maintenance concerns Be able to follow written and property-specific instructions Have good communication and customer service skills Have a dependable smartphone with data for scheduling, timekeeping, checklists, photos, and work communication Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb stairs, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning movements Be able to carry cleaning supplies, laundry, and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds Be comfortable working in properties with stairs and pets Successfully complete a background check and driving-record check Because employees may work inside customer properties without direct supervision, theft-related convictions and other offenses relevant to the position may disqualify an applicant.

PHONE USE

Employees must use their own smartphone for scheduling, work instructions, timekeeping, checklists, and required photos or videos. Personal calls, texting, social media, and other non-work-related phone use are not permitted while working except during breaks or emergencies.
