Total Scope Janitorial Services LLC is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technician for a brand-new warehouse and office facility in Lebanon, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent part-time daytime position with flexibility in scheduling.

Brand-new warehouse and office space Flexible but Consistent Daytime Schedule This position is scheduled for approximately 2 hours per day, 3 days per week. The selected candidate will work a consistent, set 2-hour shift during the facility's daytime service window of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You will have the opportunity to select the 2-hour shift that works best for your schedule, subject to approval. Once your schedule is established, you will work that same set shift on your scheduled workdays.

Examples of possible shifts include:

9:00 AM-11:00 AM 10:00 AM-12:00 PM 11:00 AM-1:00 PM 12:00 PM-2:00 PM 1:00 PM-3:00 PM 2:00 PM-4:00 PM There is also the potential for this position to grow from 3 days per week to 5 days per week in the future. What You'll Be Doing The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for maintaining designated areas of the facility, including: Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Cleaning the breakroom Emptying and relining trash Vacuuming office and carpeted areas Dusting and wiping office surfaces Cleaning reception and lobby areas Mopping designated hard-floor areas Removing trash throughout the warehouse Maintaining a clean, professional, and presentable environment The warehouse primarily requires trash removal, while routine cleaning focuses on the office areas, restrooms, breakroom, and reception areas.
