PART-TIME WINDOW CLEANING TECHNICIAN

Weixler Cleaning LLC is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Window Cleaning Technician. This is a part-time, daytime position working at residential and commercial properties.

SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday during daytime hours with occasional weekends. Hours range from 10-30 hours per week (weather conditions can cause significant changes) Days, start times, and total hours will vary based on customer schedules, weather, and business needs Weekly hours are not guaranteed and may vary significantly PAY Starting pay: $17 per hour Eligibility for our performance-based bonus program after 90 days Bonuses may equal up to 5% of wages earned during each bonus period

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean interior and exterior windows Clean window screens, sills, frames, and tracks Use ladders and extension poles safely Complete most work at ground, first-story, and second-story levels Occasionally perform work above the second story Protect customers' homes, businesses, furniture, and belongings while working Complete assigned work efficiently and thoroughly Work independently or as part of a team Provide friendly and professional customer service Properly use and care for company equipment and supplies Accurately record work hours using a personal smartphone

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must: Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Have their own dependable transportation and be able to drive themselves to and from work and occassionaly to and from job locations. Be able to drive between customer locations when a company vehicle is unavailable Not rely on another person for transportation Be reliable, punctual, and able to follow a changing schedule Be comfortable working on ladders and at heights Be able to use extension poles and window-cleaning equipment Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach overhead, climb ladders, and perform repetitive movements Be able to carry ladders, cleaning supplies, and equipment Be able to work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions Be able to work independently without direct supervision and be able to problem solve Be detail-oriented and take pride in their work Have good communication and customer service skills Have a dependable smartphone with data for scheduling, timekeeping, and work communication Successfully complete a background check and driving-record check Because employees may work inside customers' homes and businesses without direct supervision, theft-related convictions and other offenses relevant to the position may disqualify an applicant.

TRANSPORTATION

Company vehicles are usually available for travel between jobs. However, availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Employees must have their own reliable vehicle and be prepared to drive themselves when necessary.

PHONE USE

Employees must use their own smartphone to view schedules, receive work information, and accurately record their hours. Personal calls, texting, social media, and other non-work-related phone use are not permitted while working except during breaks or emergencies.
