A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
LB Smith Ford Lincoln has an immediate opening for a part time Porter Driver to join our team. The Commercial Vehicle Porter Driver's duties include, shuttling customers to and from the dealership, delivering vehicles to customers, and possible fill in for parts delivery. This position is considered part time and may work up to 25 hours per week, including some weekends. And we care about giving back to the community where our employees live and work. Duties and responsibilities include but aren't limited to: Performs pre-delivery checklists on vehicles. Delivers and picks up vehicle to/from customer location. Shuttles customers to/from the dealership. Check in vehicles for service. Able to work within a team environment Able to operate heavy duty trucks up to F-750 and motorhomes The best fit for our team will have: Quality and pride in work. Dependability. Accountability and responsibility. Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. CDL preferred but not required
