Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Part Time Cleaning Specialist to join our dynamic commercial cleaning crew in Lewisburg, PA. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of commercial facilities, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies Handle chemical agents safely, following all safety protocols and handling procedures to ensure a secure working environment Operate floor buffers and other custodial equipment to maintain floors in excellent condition through buffing, polishing, and floor care techniques Conduct sanitation tasks such as trash removal, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, and restroom maintenance to uphold hygiene standards Assist with light maintenance duties, including minor repairs or reporting larger issues to management for prompt resolution Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities, including proper manual handling and heavy lifting practices Maintain detailed records of completed tasks and report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions Qualifications Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred; familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures is a plus Knowledge of chemical handling safety procedures and sanitation standards required Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and vacuums effectively Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients or team members Ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times Compensation & Opportunities Competitive hourly pay - starting rate negotiable based on experience and qualifications Quarterly Performance Bonuses available to employees who meet established hourly requirements and consistently demonstrate quality work, reliability, and strong attendance Opportunities for additional hours and one-time cleaning projects ($20+ hr) are available for employees who are interested in working beyond their regularly scheduled hours Join our team and be part of a company that values sustainability, safety, and exceptional service.
