Job Description
Seasonal Exterior Cleaning Technician Central Exterior Cleaning is hiring a Seasonal Exterior Cleaning Technician. We're looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors to join our team. This position will be part-time to start, with the opportunity to become full-time based on workload and performance. There may also be opportunities to continue working through the winter when seasonal work is available. Pay $15-$22/hour starting pay, depending on experience and ability. Performance-based bonuses are available for employees who produce quality work, work efficiently, take care of equipment, and provide a great experience for our customers. What You'll Be Doing The majority of this position will initially involve residential and commercial window cleaning, but technicians may also assist with: Exterior window cleaning Interior window cleaning House washing Pressure washing Gutter cleaning Roof cleaning Holiday lighting Other exterior cleaning and property maintenance work as needed Experience in the exterior cleaning industry is not required. We can train the right person. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Shows up on time and can be counted on Takes pride in doing quality work Is comfortable working outside and being physically active Is comfortable using ladders and working at heights Can communicate professionally with customers Can work independently once properly trained Pays attention to details Takes care of company vehicles, tools, and equipment Is willing to learn multiple services instead of doing only one type of work Driving Requirements A clean driving record is required. Experience driving pickup trucks and pulling small trailers is strongly preferred. You should be comfortable eventually driving company vehicles between jobs once trained and approved. Schedule This is a seasonal position and part-time to start. Hours may vary depending on weather and workload. For the right person, this position has the potential to: Increase to full-time hours Continue into the winter when work is available Develop into a long-term position with the company Take on additional responsibility as skills and experience increase We're not necessarily looking for someone who already knows how to clean windows or pressure wash. We're looking for someone who is dependable, coachable, works hard, and wants to get better at what they do.
