Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and scrubbers Handle chemical agents safely while cleaning, ensuring proper storage and disposal in accordance with safety protocols Conduct routine custodial duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and sanitation of surfaces to uphold hygiene standards Assist with light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting to support facility upkeep Operate cleaning machinery and tools efficiently while adhering to safe lifting practices during heavy lifting or manual handling tasks Follow all safety procedures related to chemical handling, equipment use, and facilities maintenance to prevent accidents or injuries Provide excellent customer service by addressing cleaning requests promptly and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times Skills Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments with custodial expertise Knowledge of proper chemical handling safety procedures and sanitation standards Ability to operate cleaning equipment including floor buffers, vacuums, and other custodial tools effectively Strong manual handling skills with an emphasis on safe lifting practices for heavy objects or equipment Excellent attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance of all areas Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and responding to facility needs Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while maintaining a positive attitude towards facility upkeep Join us in creating clean, safe spaces that foster productivity and well-being!
