Could you be our next Environmental Services Technician at Paoli Hospital in Paoli, PA? Available Positions Full Time 1st Shift
  • 7am•3:30pm Full Time 2nd Shift•2:30pm-11pm Full Time 3rd Shift•11pm-7:30am
Shifts:
Part Time
  • 20hrs/week 7am
  • 3:30pm Positions 20hrs/week or more are Benefits Eligible All positions have an Every other weekend and rotating holidays are requirement Why work as a Environmental Services Technician with Main Line Health?
Make an Impact! Clean and supply patient rooms, removal of soiled linen units, nursing stations, lounges, lavatories, common areas, floors, public bathrooms, offices and any other areas assigned in accordance with standard procedures of the Environmental Services Department and in accordance with hospital objectives.

Floor care: dry and wet mop floors, buff floors with buffing machine, burnish floors with burnishing machineRefuse removal: collect and transport trash, remove soiled linen and red waste (according to Main Line Health standards)Facility cleaning: wash walls, hang cubicle curtains, clean stairwells and perform any other assigned project asProvide friendly, efficient customer service to patients, visitors and co-workers. Maintain assigned equipment for cleanliness and report any machine malfunctions.

Observe and report need for repairs of hospital equipment, furniture, fixtures, etc. Develop and Grow Your Career! Position-Specific Benefits include:
You are eligible for up to 120 hours of paid time off per year. We also offer a number of employee discounts to various activities, services, and vendors... And employee parking is always free! Experience Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of housekeeping experience is preferred. Previous experience using battery operated floor scrubbers, buffers and burnishers is preferred Education Minimum of a High School/GED is preferred. Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions. Mechanical aptitude is desirable.
