```Duties```

• Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Perform various custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash
• Ensure that all areas are kept clean and free of debris
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Restock supplies as needed
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel
• Adhere to health and safety regulations ```Experience```
• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and equipment
• Familiarity with floor care, including buffing and waxing
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Good time management skills
