Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitation in both residential and commercial spaces Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures according to health and safety standards to ensure a hygienic environment Use cleaning detergents effectively while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling of heavy or hazardous materials Communicate professionally with clients or building occupants regarding cleaning schedules or specific requests Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment upkeep Experience Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles within residential or commercial settings Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures Hands-on experience with cleaning equipment including vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and laundry machines Strong knowledge of cleaning detergents and safe handling practices for chemicals used in sanitation processes Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely and efficiently Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during shifts Previous outdoor work experience is advantageous for maintaining exterior areas and outdoor surfaces Join us if you're passionate about creating clean environments that promote health and well-being!
