Summary:

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (4pm - 12am) Supervise and train janitorial staff in the building. Assign shift and area work responsibilities. Manage employee relations and performance issues promptly and appropriately; document and report concerns to management or HR. Review employee timekeeping records to ensure compliance with timekeeping rules and complete payroll documentation to ensure employees are paid accurately. Inspect the job site regularly to identify quality concerns or project work needs; complete and submit inspection reports. Identify and communicate the need for special project work to management. Operate floor-cleaning equipment as needed (e.g., buffer, walk-behind scrubber, spot carpet cleaner). Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies. Respond promptly and appropriately to customer concerns or complaints. Enforce all safety policies and procedures; immediately report and investigate accidents. Complete all required training courses.

Qualifications:

3+ years of janitorial supervisory experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Excellent attention to detail. Strong ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently. High level of integrity and professionalism required.
