• 1099 Independent Contractor HostWise Stays is looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing short-term rental cleaning team in Pittsburgh.

As a HostWise cleaner, you'll prepare our properties for incoming guests and help maintain the high standards our guests expect.

Pay:

$50

• 200 per completed clean, depending on the property.

Responsibilities Clean and reset short-term rental properties between guests Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces Make beds and prepare bedrooms according to HostWise standards Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize Wash towels and handle linens as needed Restock supplies and ensure the property is guest-ready Follow cleaning checklists and quality standards Inspect your work before leaving Report damage, maintenance issues, missing items, or other concerns Communicate with the HostWise team when questions or issues arise What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable Strong attention to detail Able to work independently Takes pride in their work Reliable transportation and your own vehicle Smartphone and ability to use apps for scheduling and communication Able to communicate clearly and respond to team messages Comfortable working on your feet, bending, lifting, and climbing stairs Previous professional cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required Schedule & Availability Most cleaning jobs take place between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM . Our standard guest check-out time is 11:00 AM , and check-in time is 4:00 PM , so cleaners need to be available during this window to complete turnovers. Cleaners are assigned properties based on availability and business needs. You have the ability to request days you are unavailable to work , giving you flexibility to plan your schedule in advance. Sunday and Monday are typically our busiest days and offer the most cleaning opportunities. Availability on these days is highly recommended, but it is not required.
