Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize all surfaces, including countertops, bathroom fixtures, kitchens, and furniture, following established sanitation procedures Perform detailed floor cleaning, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate floor care techniques to maintain a pristine appearance Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels for each rental turnover Use cleaning equipment and detergents effectively to ensure high standards of cleanliness while adhering to safety guidelines Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or cleaning supplies with proper technique to prevent injury Conduct outdoor work when necessary, including cleaning entryways or outdoor furniture to enhance curb appeal Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures along with the proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within scheduled windows Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with physical stamina Experience with carpet cleaning, dusting, floor care, and outdoor cleaning is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients or team members Prior experience in housekeeping management or residential housekeeping roles is a plus Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, welcoming spaces!
