Part-Time Commercial Cleaner - Apartment Complex | $18/Hour | Morning Shift Immediate Opening We are a commercial cleaning company looking for a reliable Part-Time Commercial Cleaner, with some cleaning experience, to provide routine cleaning services at an apartment complex. Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM 4 hours per day 20 hours per week No nights Consistent weekday schedule Pay $18.00 per hour on the regular 20-hour schedule, with overtime opportunities often. Job Responsibilities You will be responsible for general commercial cleaning throughout common areas of an apartment community, including areas such as: Clubhouse Lobbies Hallways and common areas Offices and shared spaces Restrooms Entryways Elevators and similar areas Typical cleaning duties include: Vacuuming Sweeping and mopping Dusting Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces Cleaning restrooms Emptying trash Cleaning glass and entry doors Keeping common areas clean and presentable Other normal commercial cleaning duties as needed What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Is dependable and shows up on time Can consistently work Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM-11:00 AM Takes pride in keeping spaces clean and professional Can work independently after training Pays attention to detail Can perform normal cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting cleaning supplies Is looking for a consistent part-time position Commercial cleaning experience is helpful, but we are willing to consider dependable candidates who are willing to learn.
