A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.
Job description ECS Commercial Cleaning is seeking warehouse cleaners and team leads for multiple shifts at our Bethel, PA warehouse. Shift functions range from warehouse janitorial work to deep cleaning of warehouse aisles. Multiple shifts available and overtime available on an as needed basis.

Hour/Bi Weekly Pay Responsibilities:
Ensure overall cleanliness of warehouse (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, etc) Some positions will require deep cleaning of warehouse aisles. This function involves removing pallets of product using a manual pallet jack, then sweeping and mopping where pallets were stationed and replacing pallets when finished. This position is also responsible for cleaning outside in the parking lot and guard shacks (sweeping, blowing, taking out trash). Clean and detail bathrooms as well as refilling bathroom supplies. Clean common areas (lobby, hallways, vacuuming, dusting, mopping) Cleaning break rooms (sinks, fridges, appliances, refilling paper products and plastic utensils, wiping down tables) Office cleaning (emptying trash, dusting chairs/computers, wiping down desks) Ability to safely operate battery-operated golf cart.
Experience/Skills:
Prior cleaning experience in a commercial setting is preferred, but not required. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and lift constantly. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to get to work.
