Duties Perform thorough cleaning of small offices, following all environmental and safety protocols. Operate cleaning equipment including vacuums, and floor mops with precision. Conduct manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or equipment, ensuring proper techniques to prevent injury. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas through detailed cleaning routines. Apply floor care treatments like ph neutral cleaners to preserve the longevity of flooring surfaces. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning standards. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle cleaning chemicals responsibly and safely. Experience operating various cleaning machinery such as floor buffers, carpet extractors, and floor scrubbers. Knowledge of environmental services best practices related to sustainable cleaning methods. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks efficiently without compromising safety. Familiarity with floor care procedures including waxing, refinishing, and carpet cleaning is a plus.
