Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Cleaner for Night time position and a day time position to oversee and coordinate high-quality cleaning operations across various commercial facilities. This energetic leader will ensure that all cleaning standards are met consistently, fostering a safe, spotless, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, extensive janitorial and custodial experience, and a passion for maintaining excellence in cleanliness within diverse settings such as offices, hotels, hospitals, or other commercial spaces. Responsibilities motivate, cleaning staff to deliver exceptional service while maintaining safety protocols. Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance for maximum efficiency. Conduct quality inspections regularly to verify cleanliness levels across all areas, including floors, restrooms, lobbies, and specialized spaces like laundry or kitchens. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment. Address client concerns promptly, resolving issues effectively to uphold high customer satisfaction. Implement safety procedures related to custodial work, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment. Qualifications Extensive janitorial or custodial experience with knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Excellent organizational skills for scheduling, inventory management, and quality control. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations. Previous experience in hospitality or hospital settings is a plus but not required.
