Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms. Handle heavy lifting tasks safely during the moving or repositioning of furniture and equipment. Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, supplies inventory, and sanitation procedures. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and ensure satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with knowledge of commercial or residential cleaning practices. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, surface disinfectants, and proper sanitation techniques. Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts. Knowledge of outdoor work environments and experience working in various weather conditions preferred. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients or residents.
