This position is perfect for an independent worker who takes pride in creating spotless, sanitary environments and is looking for a steady, late-evening schedule. You will be responsible for cleaning two distinct commercial locations each shift: a car dealership (3 hours) and a restaurant (2 hours).
Schedule & Shift Timing Total Shift Time:
5 Hours of work per shift.
Days Required:
• Monday -
Saturday:
Both locations (5 hours of work total).
Sunday:
Restaurant only (2 hours of work).
Note:
The restaurant is open every day unless closed for a holiday/special occasion.
Shift Timing:
This is entirely an after-hours, late-evening shift . To allow employees at both businesses to wrap up their shifts, your arrival window should align with their closing times:
Car Dealership Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:00 PM; Friday 8:00 PM; Saturday 7:00 PM; Sunday Closed. (Plan to arrive anytime after they close).
Restaurant Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:00 PM; Friday/Saturday 9:00 PM; Sunday 8:00 PM. (Plan to arrive anytime 30 to 45 minutes after closing).
Flexibility:
On days when both locations are serviced (Monday-Saturday), it does not matter which store you clean first! You have the flexibility to choose your starting point.

You must have your own reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license to commute to the job sites and travel between them.
Compensation Hourly Rate:
$17.00 per hour
Travel Pay:
An additional $10.00 flat rate is paid per shift to compensate for your travel time and gas between the locations. Total Daily Pay (Mon-Sat): $85.00 (Hourly) + $10.00 (Travel) = $95.00 per shift Specific Cleaning Checklists1. Car Dealership Checklist (3 Hours)
Workspace Cleaning:
Wipe down all desks and workspaces thoroughly using a rag and designated cleaner.
Electronics Care:
Remove dust from the tops of computer screens.
Note:
You must use a dry rag for this—do not use a wet rag on or around screens.
Floor Care:
Thoroughly sweep and mop the dealership floors.
Strict Cross-Contamination Rule:
To prevent spreading germs from the restrooms to the showroom floors, you must sweep and mop the bathrooms last . Do not start with them under any circumstances.
Fish Tank Warning:
The fish tanks are strictly off-limits. Do not touch, wipe, or clean near them at all to prevent contamination or accidental damage.
Supplies & Logistics:
All cleaning equipment is located in the dealership's janitorial closet, and restocking supplies are located in the supply closet. Restock supplies as needed. 2. Restaurant Checklist (2 Hours)
Dining Area & Seating:
Wipe down all tables, chairs, and children's booster seats.
Pizza Cutting Station:
Clean thoroughly underneath the station where crumbs quickly accumulate. (
Note:
Extreme caution must be used to avoid accidentally unplugging any equipment).
Floor Care:
Thoroughly sweep and mop the entire dining area, the kitchen floor, and the space behind the service counter.
Floor Mats:
Vacuum the small carpet floor mats.
Periodic Tasks:
Detail-clean underneath heavier stations and wipe down the rubber floor mats with regularity.
Supplies & Logistics:
A vacuum cleaner, spray bottles, cleaner, and rags are kept on-site. (
Note:
The restaurant client provides the mop bucket and fresh mop heads). Communication & Equipment Maintenance (Both Locations)
Supply Reporting:
Monitor stock levels and give Rophe management 2 to 3 days advance notice when supplies, cleaners, or fresh rags are running low so we can replenish them.
Equipment Issues:
If there are any issues with the vacuum cleaner (e.g., it suddenly loses suction or stops working), notify us as soon as possible. Usually, this just means it has a minor clog; if you know what you're doing, you are free to clear it, but please let us know immediately if it needs new filters or further maintenance. Requirements Strong attention to detail and extreme awareness of surroundings to prevent any accidental property damage. Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license. Must be trustworthy, punctual, and highly comfortable working independently after hours. Previous commercial janitorial or restaurant cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Time tracking via Jobber, we will send the details.
Training Schedule Start Date:
Mandatory on-site training begins as soon as Monday, July 20th .

$17.00 per hour
