co. in Telford, PA, you'll work in a 55,000 sq. ft., climate-controlled, renovated facility where quality, organization, and growth go hand-in-hand.
Ask Yourself:
Are you detail-oriented with strong organization skills and a positive mindset? Can you lift up to 50 lbs and stay active—standing and walking—for an 8-hour shift? Are you comfortable kneeling, bending, twisting, pushing, and lifting as part of daily work? Do you want to learn the ins and outs of our products and production procedures? What You'll Do Confirm work orders are accurate and production-ready before you begin. Operate charring machinery, sanding equipment, and automated finishing machines. Burn, brush, finish, and package various wood designs with consistent quality. Run basic QC checks to ensure every item meets company standards. Track and tally job progress using Google Sheets. Keep your area tidy—clean floors and machines on a regular cadence. It Helps If You Have Experience finishing wood surfaces. Hands-on time with standard wood manufacturing equipment.
