Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team. We provide cleaning services for short-term rental properties throughout the Pocono area. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling, making it ideal for individuals looking for weekday, weekend, or supplemental income opportunities. Duties Clean and prepare short-term rental properties between guest stays Change bed linens and make beds Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize all surfaces Inspect properties for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues Restock guest supplies when needed Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards Take before and after photos using a smartphone Requirements Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Smartphone with internet access Ability to work independently Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Weekend availability is a plus Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required What We Offer Paid training Flexible schedule Supportive team environment Biweekly direct deposit Cleaning supplies provided Job Type Contract (1099) Pay Starting at $20/hour during training.
