We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Home Health and Home Care Working/Operating Partner to lead and oversee the operational excellence of our home health and home care services. This role is vital in ensuring high-quality patient care, compliance with healthcare regulations, and efficient management of clinical and administrative teams. As a key leader, you will drive performance improvement initiatives, foster cross-functional collaboration, and uphold the highest standards of healthcare management. Your expertise will help shape a patient-centered environment that promotes safety, innovation, and operational efficiency across all service lines. Duties Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to expand and optimize home health and home care operations, aligning with organizational goals. Oversee medical management processes to ensure delivery of safe, effective, and compliant patient care services. Manage healthcare financial operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance analysis to promote sustainability. Ensure adherence to health regulation policies, including JCAHO accreditation standards, Medicare/Medicaid requirements, and state licensing regulations. Foster cross-functional collaboration among nursing leadership, medical staff, administrative teams, and external partners to enhance service delivery. Drive performance improvement initiatives (PI) by analyzing clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction data, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for enhancement. Provide executive leadership in managing day-to-day operations, team development, and maintaining a culture of excellence in healthcare management. Promote nursing leadership by supporting staff development programs, mentoring managers, and cultivating a high-performing team environment. Implement operational management strategies that streamline workflows, improve patient experiences, and optimize resource utilization. Maintain compliance with JCAHO standards by conducting regular audits, staff training sessions, and quality assurance reviews. Requirements Proven experience in healthcare management with a focus on home health or home care services. Strong medical leadership background with expertise in medical management and nursing leadership roles. In-depth knowledge of health regulation policies including JCAHO accreditation standards and state licensing requirements. Demonstrated success in strategic management, operational management, and performance improvement initiatives (PI). Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Experience in healthcare financial management including budgeting and resource planning. Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration among clinical staff, administrative personnel, and external partners. Familiarity with healthcare operations management systems and tools for monitoring clinical outcomes and operational metrics.
