A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter (Hospitality) to join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this high-profile role, you will support the companies' hiring needs for US operations. With your proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, excellent networking, and relationship management skills, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to source, interview, and onboard top-tier talent.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Manage full cycle recruiting process (source, screen, interview, job offer and hire qualified candidates). Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and job boards. Source qualified candidates for culinary and hospitality roles. Work with the talent acquisition manager and team to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood. Work closely with talent acquisition the manager to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process. Manage all information in Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) or any other reporting requirements. Regular follow up with the department team leader and candidate to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process.
Education:
High school diploma, college degree preferred.
Experience/Skills:
Two (2) years full cycle experience in a high-volume or highly skilled industry and high pace turnaround. Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research Experience in the culinary and hospitality preferred. Proven success in recruiting and placing passive candidates. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and team-based project experience. Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes. Must have experience in mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources. Strong vendor manager skills related to recruitment activities such as job boards and ATS. $ 30.00/hr Prof23
