Job Description:
- This position is responsible for performing general housekeeping tasks to maintain the facility and associated buildings in a sanitary, safe, and attractive condition and to meet hospital and Joint Commission standards.
- Position Details
- + •Lead Role -•Maintains Supervisor Phone on the weekends to manage cleaning request assignments + •Full Time, 40 hours per week•+ •
Pay Rate:
- Based on Experience ($17.68 - $22.99) +
Availability Needed:
- Sunday-Saturday 6:30am-3pm +
- Days off:
- Tuesdays & Wednesdays +

- + Clean and disinfect assigned areas using department cleaning procedures.

- Qualifications
- One or more year of experience in custodial, housekeeping or janitorial work within a healthcare facility (preferred)
- + Demonstrated communication skills to include differentiating color-coded labels and/or chemicals as well as following written and/or verbal directions. + Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed to meet the needs of the department. + Demonstrated professional housekeeping experience. (Preferred)
- Physical Requirements
- + Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs + Frequent interactions with customers require employee to communicate as well as understand spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately + Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy.
