Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Restaurant Hood Cleaning Technician to lead our field operations. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, understands NFPA 96 requirements, and can lead a crew while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service. Responsibilities Lead restaurant hood cleaning crews on commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning projects. Perform complete hood, duct, fan, and exhaust system cleaning in accordance with NFPA 96. Inspect systems and identify fire hazards or maintenance issues. Train and mentor junior technicians. Complete service reports and before/after documentation. Communicate professionally with restaurant managers and customers. Ensure company equipment and vehicles are maintained and organized. Follow OSHA safety procedures and company safety standards. Assist with scheduling and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of commercial kitchen exhaust (hood cleaning) experience . Previous crew lead or supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of NFPA 96 cleaning standards. Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, and elevated work areas. Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work overnight shifts. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation to company headquarters. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and leadership skills.
