Overview SuperXterior is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Exterior Cleaning and Lighting Installation Technician. This hands-on position combines professional pressure washing and soft washing with residential and commercial lighting installation. Team members must be comfortable working outdoors, using ladders and equipment, following safety procedures, and delivering clean, professional results. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, communicates professionally, and can work efficiently as part of a team. Training will be provided for the right person. Pressure Washing and Exterior Cleaning Responsibilities include:

• Set up and operate professional pressure-washing, soft-washing, and exterior-cleaning equipment.
• Clean residential and commercial siding, roofs, gutters, windows, concrete, brick, decks, patios, fences, and other exterior surfaces.
• Select and apply the appropriate cleaning method based on the material and condition of each surface.
• Safely mix, handle, and apply professional cleaning solutions according to company procedures.
• Protect landscaping, electrical fixtures, doors, windows, painted surfaces, and customer property throughout the cleaning process.
• Use ladders, extension poles, surface cleaners, hoses, pumps, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain control of hoses and equipment to prevent damage to lawns, landscaping, buildings, and surrounding property.
• Identify oxidation, loose siding, damaged surfaces, leaking seals, failing paint, and other conditions that could affect the cleaning process.
• Perform detailed rinsing, touchups, and final inspections to ensure consistent, professional results.
• Assist with window cleaning, gutter cleaning, gutter brightening, concrete cleaning, and other exterior-maintenance services.
• Properly load, unload, organize, clean, and maintain equipment before and after each job.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.

Lighting Installation Responsibilities include:

• Install professional lighting systems on residential and commercial properties.
• Measure rooflines, soffits, gutters, peaks, windows, columns, railings, trees, landscaping, and other installation areas.
• Install C9 lighting, mini lights, wreaths, garlands, architectural lighting, color-changing lighting systems, and related components according to the approved design.
• Safely use extension ladders, step ladders, roof-access equipment, scaffolding, and aerial lifts when properly trained and authorized.
• Install clips, tracks, brackets, fasteners, wiring, extension cables, timers, controllers, and power supplies neatly and securely.
• Route and conceal wiring whenever possible to produce a clean, professional appearance.
• Protect shingles, gutters, siding, soffits, trim, masonry, landscaping, and other property surfaces during installation.
• Test lighting systems and electrical connections before completing each installation.
• Troubleshoot outages, loose connections, damaged bulbs, wiring problems, controller issues, and other system failures.
• Perform service calls, adjustments, repairs, bulb replacements, system removals, and organized storage of lighting materials.
• Label, inventory, and carefully pack customer-specific lighting components for future use.
• Follow approved layouts and spacing requirements to maintain straight lines, consistent bulb orientation, even coverage, and a high-quality finished appearance.
• Keep work areas clean and remove packaging, wire scraps, clips, and other installation debris. General Responsibilities
• Arrive on time and prepared for each scheduled job.
• Follow instructions and communicate clearly with supervisors and other team members.
• Treat customers, coworkers, vehicles, tools, and customer property with respect.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck, trailer, equipment area, and jobsite.
• Complete work efficiently without sacrificing safety or quality.
• Communicate professionally with customers when answering basic questions or providing job updates.
• Report property damage, equipment problems, safety concerns, or unexpected jobsite conditions immediately.
• Take before-and-after photographs and document completed work when required.
• Represent SuperXterior professionally through appearance, conduct, and workmanship. Qualifications
• Comfortable performing physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment, ladders, hoses, and materials weighing up to 50-75 pounds.
• Ability to bend, climb, kneel, reach overhead, and remain on your feet throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow job-specific instructions.
• Dependable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Professional attitude and good customer-service skills.
• Ability to work safely and productively with a team.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred.
• Previous pressure-washing, exterior-cleaning, construction, roofing, landscaping, electrical, or lighting-installation experience is helpful but not required.

Pay:

$15.00 - $30.00 per hour
